Careful Exterior Cleaning for
Bee Cave's Stucco and Limestone Properties
Property owners around Bee Cave deal with a specific set of exterior cleaning headaches. A lot of the homes here are upscale stucco-and-cut-limestone estates, many tucked into gated golf communities and topped with Mediterranean-style tile roofs, and those surfaces are less forgiving than they look. Stucco pits if it’s cleaned with too much pressure, and cut limestone is porous enough to soak up whatever hits it. On top of that, the hilltop lots catch hard westerly wind and long afternoon sun that drive grime and staining onto facades faster than on the lower, sheltered lots, while the rocky, uneven ground means most properties carry multi-level terraces, retaining walls, and pool decks that all collect their own buildup.
Those exact conditions are what our team at Activate Pressure Washing is set up to handle. We match the cleaning method and the solution to each surface, easing off the pressure and letting antimicrobial cleaning solutions do the lifting on delicate surfaces, so the porous surfaces never pit, and the finish isn’t worn down.
If your Bee Cave property is due for a cleaning, we’d be glad to take a look. Call us at 512-696-5770 for a free quote, and we’ll walk the scope with you.
What We Clean for Bee Cave
Homes and Businesses
Our Bee Cave work runs mostly residential with a steady commercial side. Our crew standards are the same either way; scheduling and access are what change. The same proven process and antimicrobial cleaning solutions carry across both.

Home Exterior Cleaning
Around Bee Cave, we most often clean stucco and cut-limestone facades, tile roofs, and the terraces, retaining walls, and pool decks that come with the rocky lots here, along with some brick and vinyl siding and wood, composite (including Trex), and cedar decks. Here’s what we handle on a home:
- House washing. We lift the black mold, green algae, and mildew off stucco, limestone, and siding with antimicrobial cleaning solutions, and every plant on the property gets watered and protected while we work. Oxidation is handled case by case. If it isn’t too bad, we can clean it using special chemicals. If it’s severe, we’ll usually recommend a painter. Pressure washing can clean surfaces, but it can’t restore them.
- Roof cleaning. Soft-wash cleaning that kills and removes mold and algae from tile and other roof types, done from the ground wherever we can manage it.
- Driveway and concrete cleaning. Concrete and paver driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and flatwork, surface-cleaned and finished with a brightening post-treatment. Concrete and paver only. We can always do the best job we can using commercial degreasers, but at the end of the day, concrete is very porous. Once oil has soaked into the concrete, we can only lift some of it. We’re able to make it look a lot better, but having it be a hundred percent perfect isn’t realistic, depending on how long the oil has been there.
- Deck cleaning (refresh). Wood, composite (including Trex), and cedar decks cleaned of mold and mildew. We’re in the business of cleaning things, not restoring them. We can’t fix old wood. On an older deck, we’ll do the best we can to get it as clean as possible and remove the mold and mildew, but in most cases a deck that’s several years old won’t look the way it did the day it was installed.
- Fence cleaning. We clear mold, mildew, and organic growth with the same antimicrobial approach.
- Rust removal. Improvement-based rust stain removal on concrete and siding. Rust removal is improvement-based. We can’t guarantee full removal since every rust stain is different, but our customers are consistently happy with the results.
- Gutter cleaning. We clear the debris, flush the downspouts, and inspect for damage as we go.
- Window cleaning. Interior and exterior windows cleaned by hand, glass, frames, and sills included.
Because the exposed hilltop lots here take so much wind and sun, a lot of Bee Cave owners keep their exteriors on a regular cleaning schedule instead of waiting for the buildup to set in.

Commercial and Property-Management Work
We bring the same process to commercial properties, with hot-water pressure washing for the tougher grime, and we can work while you’re open, taking full protective precautions and coordinating with your point of contact. We take on jobs such as:
- Retail centers, storefronts, and building facades
- Restaurant exteriors and drive-thru lanes
- Parking lots and parking garages
- Apartment complexes and multi-family properties (coordinated through property management, with tenant notification handled by the property)
- HOA common areas and community properties
- Dumpster pad degreasing
- Gas station forecourts and fuel islands
- Graffiti removal
- Post-construction exterior cleanup
- Commercial roof, gutter, and window cleaning as part of the same visit
We set access and timing with your point of contact, can clean while you’re open, and take on early-morning or after-hours work when a daytime job would get in the way. Wash water is diverted responsibly on site.
What Bee Cave Owners
Get With Us
Ask the owners around here what kept them calling us back, and a handful of things come up over and over.
Complimentary Estimates With an On-Site Look
Every estimate is free, and we prefer to evaluate most properties in person. Meeting you and walking the site helps us understand the surfaces, access points, and cleaning priorities before pricing the work. For Bee Cave properties with steep grades, terraces, retaining walls, and multiple elevations, an on-site visit is the best way to build an accurate quote.
A Reputation Built Property by Property
Our reputation across Bee Cave comes from consistently delivering careful work and dependable service. We approach every project with the same attention to detail because each finished property reflects the standard we want our next customer to expect.
Hot Water for Stubborn Buildup
Our professional hot-water equipment provides the added cleaning strength needed for grease, embedded grime, and heavier staining. While cold water handles routine surface dirt, heated water helps break down difficult buildup on both residential and commercial properties for a more thorough result.
Careful Protection From Start to Finish
Landscaping protection is part of our cleaning process, not an afterthought. We pre-wet surrounding plants, cover sensitive vegetation when necessary, and keep a team member monitoring the property throughout the job. Your lawn, gardens, and exterior features receive the same care as the surfaces we are cleaning.
Properly Licensed and Fully Insured
We carry full licensing, a $2 million liability insurance policy, and active workers’ compensation coverage. That protection is in place before the work begins, giving you confidence that both your property and our crew completing the job are properly covered.

We Come Take a Look
For most jobs, we visit in person to see the property and talk through the scope. Smaller jobs, like a single sidewalk or a back patio, can be quoted from a photo or over the phone.
Pick a Day
Once you approve the estimate, we get you on the calendar, often the same day we visit, with the work itself usually a few days to a week out.
Cleaning Day
Our crew shows up, introduces themselves, and walks the scope with you before starting. We wet the surface, apply our commercial-grade antimicrobial solutions with our professional pressure washers, give them time to kill the organic growth, then rinse it all off. On flat concrete, we run surface cleaners and follow with a brightening post-treatment, and for tougher grime we bring the hot-water units. A ground man keeps every plant watered and covers the delicate ones under tarps the whole time. On Bee Cave’s stucco and cut-limestone facades we keep the pressure gentle and let the solution do the lifting, so the porous stucco never pits, and the stone isn’t worn down.
Cleaning Day
At the end, we walk the property together to make sure you’re 100% happy, then send a text invoice payable by debit, credit, check, cash, or mail.
A Quick Ask Afterward
If the work earned it, we’ll ask you to leave a Google review.
How Bee Cave
Pricing Works
No two Bee Cave properties price out the same. What you’ll pay tracks with the scope of the job, the condition of the surfaces, and how long it’s been since the last cleaning.
- Starting at $499 for house washing.
- $275 minimum per project is the minimum on every residential job; the final number depends on scope.
The Promises Behind
Every Bee Cave Job
We back the work with two plain commitments.
We Stand Behind the Final Result
Before the job is considered complete, we make sure the finished work meets the standard we discussed with you. If an area needs more attention, we will address it at no additional cost. When the outcome still falls short, we will work with you on an appropriate adjustment to the final price.
Problems Are Handled Honestly
Mistakes and unexpected issues can happen on any job. When they do, we communicate clearly, take responsibility for our part, and focus on resolving the situation fairly instead of making excuses.
