How do I get a quote, and what does it cost?
Our estimates are free, and most jobs are quoted in person, while small jobs can be quoted by phone or photo. Pricing depends on the size and scope of the work. We have a $275 minimum per project, and house washing starts at $499.
What payment methods do you accept?
We send a text invoice when the work is complete. You can pay it by debit, credit, check, cash, or mail.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We don’t run standing promotions at the moment, but there are two ways to save. Bundling multiple services earns you a better deal, and Christmas lights customers on a 2- or 3-year contract get 10% off in the later years of the contract.
Do you bring your own water?
We bring a full tank of water to every job. About 99% of the time we connect to the property’s water supply, so the tank is there as a backup.
Can you clean while we're open?
For commercial work, we can clean while your business is open and occupied, taking protective precautions the whole time. That lets us keep your property running while we work around your operation.
How soon can you come, and what's your scheduling window?
Jobs are often scheduled right at the in-person estimate. From there, the work is typically done a few days to about a week later.
