The Free Estimate and Options Walkthrough
You call or request a free estimate, and most of the time we come out in person to look at your rooflines, trees, and layout options. We show you the color choices, around six including multi-color, candy cane, and single-color, and the layout options: house, roofline, trees, or any combination. Then we measure and quote by the linear foot. Smaller, simple jobs can be quoted by phone or photo.
Scheduling the Install
Once you approve the estimate, we get you onto the season’s schedule. For commercial properties, we coordinate access and timing with your point of contact, including early-morning or after-hours work on a per-project basis.
Installation
Our crew installs the commercial-grade C9 bulbs across the approved layout, whether that’s rooflines, the house or building outline, trees, or the full combination. We handle all the ladder and height work ourselves.
Season-Long Maintenance
Once the lights are up, we keep them running for the whole 60 to 90 day season. If a bulb goes out or a wiring issue comes up, we come back out and fix it, usually within about 72 hours.
January Takedown
At the end of the season we come back and take everything down. You never have to pull lights off the roof or untangle a single strand.
Off-Season Storage and Walkthrough

What Christmas Light Installation Costs

Holiday lighting is priced by the linear foot of lights installed, so your total depends on how much of the home or property you want lit. The rate is the same for residential and commercial jobs.
- $6–$10 per linear foot of lights. Simpler single-story installs run closer to $6 per foot, while larger or more complex homes and properties run up to $10 per foot. The price scales with how much roofline, tree work, and outline you want lit, and it’s the same rate whether the property is a home or a business.
- Returning-customer discount. Customers on a 2- or 3-year contract get 10% off, applied in the second and third years, as a benefit of staying on the plan rather than a storewide promotion.

FAQs
Can you hang Christmas lights I already own or bought from the store?
No. We install our own commercial-grade C9 bulbs only, not homeowner-supplied or store-bought lights. Those C9 lights are ours, which is exactly what lets us maintain them all season, take them down, and store and reuse them for you year to year. Store-bought strands can’t be serviced or reused the same way, so working with our own lights is what lets us stand behind the whole display.
What do I pay up front, and what do I pay at the end?
Billing is split: 75% is charged at installation and the remaining 25% at takedown. The takedown portion is billed when we come back to remove the lights at the end of the season, so part of what you pay is tied to the full-service finish, not just getting the lights up.
