Once you approve the estimate, we get you on the schedule and set the timing with your point of contact. Setup and Protective Precautions
Before any water hits the building, we prep the property. That means taping outlets and covering electrical in the direct water line and taking full protective precautions around an occupied space. Where wash water needs to be managed on site, we handle it responsibly and keep it away from where it shouldn’t go.
Hot-Water Exterior Wash
We wash the exterior using the same proven process we run on residential work, with hot-water pressure washing units adding the power for heavier commercial grime. Commercial-grade cleaning detergents and antimicrobial solutions kill off the organic growth, and on flat commercial surfaces we bring surface cleaners and commercial degreasers to the areas that call for them.
Walkthrough and Invoice

Do we need to provide water access, or do you bring your own?
We bring a full tank of water to every job, though about 99% of the time we connect to the property’s water supply on site. For a commercial building, we simply confirm the water source with your point of contact during scheduling, so there are no surprises on the day of the wash.
