Pressure Washing That Fits
Round Rock Properties
Round Rock sits right along a natural terrain line, and it changes what a property fights for cleanliness depending on which side of town you call home. On the flatter east side, dust and pollen settle heavily onto driveways, sidewalks, and the rest of your flatwork. Over on the shadier, tree-covered west-side lots, the story is green algae creeping across siding and roofs where the sun rarely reaches.
That split is exactly why one approach never fits every home here. We size the job to what your property is actually up against, whether that means cutting through settled grit on hard surfaces or clearing algae off a shaded exterior, and our crew is set up to handle both profiles. The siding around here runs mostly brick and limestone, with newer subdivisions adding stone fronts, vinyl, and fiber cement, and our soft, low-pressure approach suits all of it.
Whichever side of town you’re on, we’ll come look at what your property needs and give you a straight answer. Call 512-696-5770 for a free quote on your Round Rock property.
Pressure Washing for
Round Rock Homes and Businesses
Most of our Round Rock work is on homes, with a full commercial side running right alongside it. We can handle commercial properties such as storefronts, apartment communities, and drive-thrus. Our crew standards stay the same on both; scheduling is the part that changes.

Residential Pressure Washing
Around Round Rock, we most often clean brick and limestone exteriors, with newer subdivisions mixing in stone fronts, vinyl, and fiber cement, plus wood, composite (Trex), and cedar decks. Here’s what we clean on a home:
- House washing. A soft, low-pressure wash that lifts off the black mold, green algae, and mildew with antimicrobial cleaning solutions, then rinses everything clean. Oxidation we handle case by case. If it isn’t too bad, we can clean it up with special chemicals; if it’s severe, we’ll usually point you toward a painter, because pressure washing can clean a surface, but it can’t restore one.
- Driveway and concrete cleaning. Concrete and paver flatwork (driveways, sidewalks, patios) run through our surface cleaners for an even finish, then get a brightening post-treatment. On oil, we’ll be honest with you: we do the best job we can with commercial degreasers, but concrete is very porous, and once oil has soaked in we can only lift some of it. We can make it look a lot better, though having it come out a hundred percent perfect isn’t realistic, depending on how long the oil has been sitting there.
- Fence cleaning. The same antimicrobial approach we use on the house, clearing mold, mildew, and organic growth off the fence line.
- Deck cleaning (refresh). A refresh for wood, composite (Trex), and cedar decks. We’re in the business of cleaning things, not restoring them, and we can’t fix old wood. On an older deck, we’ll do the best we can to get it as clean as possible and pull off the mold and mildew, but in most cases a deck that’s several years old won’t look the way it did the day it was installed.
- Rust removal. Improvement-based rust-stain treatment on concrete and siding. It’s improvement-based because every rust stain is different, so we can’t guarantee full removal, but our customers are consistently happy with the results.
- Roof cleaning. A soft-wash roof cleaning that kills and clears mold and algae, done from the ground wherever we can.
- Gutter cleaning. Debris cleared out, and downspouts flushed, and we inspect as we go and let you know if we spot any damage.
- Window cleaning. Interior and exterior windows cleaned by hand, glass, frames, and sills included. We also offer hard water stain removal, though depending on severity full removal may not be realistic, which is why we recommend regular window cleaning to help prevent that buildup in the first place.
Those shadier, tree-covered lots on the west side tend to grow more algae, so those homes often need house and roof attention sooner than the rest of town.

Personal Estimates at No Cost
We provide free estimates and prefer to inspect the property in person whenever possible. Seeing the surfaces, access points, and problem areas firsthand helps us give you an accurate quote and start the job with a real conversation.
Coverage That Protects You
Activate Pressure Washing is properly licensed and carries active workers’ compensation and $2 million in insurance coverage. You are not left responsible for the risks that come with the work.
Careful Protection From Start to Finish
Cleaning should never come at the expense of your landscaping or property. We pre-wet surrounding plants, cover sensitive vegetation when necessary, and keep a crew member on the ground to monitor and protect the area throughout the job.
Heat That Tackles Heavier Buildup
For surfaces affected by grease, embedded grime, and stubborn residue, we use commercial hot-water pressure washing equipment. The added heat provides deeper cleaning power than cold water alone.
How Our Round Rock
Pressure Washing Works
From your first call to the final walkthrough, here’s how a job runs with us.
Tell Us What You Need Cleaned
Contact us for a free estimate and share a few details about your property, the surfaces involved, and the results you are looking for.
We Assess the Job
We visit most properties so we can inspect the surfaces, understand the access, and provide an accurate price. Straightforward projects, such as a small patio or section of sidewalk, may be estimated using photos or information provided over the phone.
Choose a Service Date
Once you approve the quote, we reserve your place on the schedule. We can often schedule the work during the estimate visit, with most projects completed within several days to one week.
We Prepare and Clean the Property
Our crew introduces themselves, confirms the agreed-upon work, and explains what to expect before getting started. We protect nearby landscaping by watering plants throughout the service and covering sensitive vegetation when needed.
For houses, roofs, and fences, we apply the appropriate cleaning solution, allow it time to break down algae and organic staining, and thoroughly rinse the surface. Concrete is cleaned with professional surface equipment and finished with a post-treatment to brighten the area and reduce remaining organic buildup. Shaded Round Rock properties may require additional treatment time where algae growth is especially heavy.
We Prepare and Clean the Property
We walk through the completed work with you and take care of any areas that need another pass. After you approve the results, your Housecall Pro invoice is sent by text. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, check, cash, or mail.
Share Your Experience
After the job, we may ask you to leave a Google review. Your feedback helps other Round Rock property owners know what to expect when choosing our team.
Round Rock Pressure Washing
Pricing
Pricing in Round Rock depends on more than square footage alone. Acreage properties may include long driveways, native limestone exteriors, retaining walls, detached buildings, patios, pool decks, and multiple elevations, all of which affect the time, access, and cleaning method required. Every estimate is free, and we price the full property scope rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all rate.
- House washing starts at $499
- $275 minimum applies to every residential project and is the anchor for how our pricing works, rather than a per-service price list.
Our Round Rock Pressure Washing

The invoice is not sent until that final review is complete.
We Take Responsibility for Our Work
If our crew misses something or causes an issue, we address it directly. We will explain what happened, take responsibility, and work with you to reach a fair solution without excuses or unnecessary delays.
